We are delighted that Blankpages is featuring Manchester Time Piece in their October edition. Thanks for the great article Michael Thorp!
Manchester Time Piece will be showing some of the material generated by the project at a Round Table at the Burlington Fine Art Club, Piccadilly Place, on Tuesday 26th July 6-8pm.
Please come and share your experiences of the project.
We were delighted with the amount of media attention that Manchester Time Piece got, particularly with the support of the MEN who published 2 articles, and put an animated shadow map on their website, updating it as we tweeted our location. We were also pleased to see Paul, the Guardian photographer and have the project featured on the Guardian’s Northener blog. Below are links to some of the press coverage.
Here is our map of Manchester Time Piece. You can print it and use it to take your own tour.

This is the final location and the final photo. We will be doing tours of Manchester Time Piece on Saturday 2nd July as part of the Manchester Art Crawl, but you can go and see it any time by following the information in the posts below. If you have any problems finding the locations, or if the photos are missing, please leave a comment or tweet us @McrTimePiece. We are going out regularly to check the photos and replace them when necessary.
